CESR released an updated version of its frequently asked questions catalogue regarding prospectuses which contains the common positions agreed by
CESR Members. The paper adds new Q&A to those included in the document
CESR published on 18 July 2006. After each question an indication of the date of its first publication has been included to ease the identification of the new Q&A.
